These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the clearmile.ph website and the Finn platform (together, the "Services"), provided by Clear Mile Technology and Services Inc. ("Clear Mile", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Finn is a workforce management, HR and payroll platform. Access to the Finn platform is provided under a separate written subscription or services agreement between Clear Mile and the customer. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails for the Finn platform. These Terms otherwise govern use of this website and any content or materials we make available through it.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Any sample reports, payslips or figures shown on this website or in a demonstration use fictional data generated for illustration. They do not represent any real individual and should not be relied upon as advice.
The Services, including the Finn platform, this website, and all related software, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Clear Mile or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including government agencies, cloud providers and integration partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we work to keep information about Philippine statutory requirements current, website content is provided for general information and is not legal, tax or accounting advice. You should confirm your obligations with the relevant authority or a qualified professional. Provision of the Finn platform itself is warranted only as set out in the applicable subscription or services agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Mile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Clear Mile harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms or the website at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top shows when they were last revised. We may suspend or restrict access to the website at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Metro Manila have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
